We’re happy to offer free returns on unused, unopened items within 30 days of purchase, except for items listed below. For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used items can’t be returned unless they arrive damaged, faulty, or incorrect.
If you received any free gifts, they must be returned to be eligible for a full refund.
We do not currently offer exchanges.
Return Exceptions
Fragrance: We accept return of unopened fragrances only for orders shipped to the US, UK, UAE, EU, Norway, Switzerland, Canada, Australia, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait and South Korea. All fragrance orders shipped to other countries are final and not eligible for return.

US orders should have a pre-paid returns label included in your order, please only use this label if your items are eligible for return.
If you return any items which are not eligible for return as per the policy above, no refund will be offered, nor will your items be returned to you.
